  • How long do the extensions last?

    Our suppliers lifespan is 6-8 months for lighter shades. 8-12 months for darker shades. Lifestyle factors and aftercare come into play here. Some people get longer than listed.

    Aftercare is essential for longevity and if you fail to perform the discussed aftercare your extensions will not last as long.

    Maintenance appointments are essential during the lifespan. Depending on what method you go for generally the recommended time frame for most methods are 4-6 weeks (with the exclusion of Keratin Bonds). This is where the extensions will be moved back up the hair shaft as they move down with your hair as it grows.

  • How many extensions will I need?

    A few things to consider when assessing how many extensions you'll need:

    1. The quality of your natural hair.

    2. What you're trying to achieve e.g; length, thickness or both.

    3. The size of your head to ensure a seamless blend.

    4. The cut you currently have eg: if you have a blunt cut with really short hair, you will require more hair extensions.

  • Can I choose the length and colour of the extensions?

    You can select how long you would like your extensions to be. We offer a wide range starting at 18 inches to 26 inches.
