BOOKING POLICY

First and foremost thankyou for choosing Montanos Hair and Beauty Co for your hair and beauty needs.

 

We acknowledge your trust within us and aim to ensure each moment spent with our team is delightful, warm and welcoming so when its time to leave, you leave feeling refreshed and satisfied with your chosen services.

 Below we have crafted a booking policy that ensures both yourself and our team can deliver a great experience with mutual respect and trust.

 

Holding Deposit

Our booking system is safe and private and when you book online your card details are not shown, nor is physical money taken from your card. The only time we can conduct a transaction is if the following occurs.

 

Booking Fee for Hair extensions

All new sets for hair extension must have a consult prior to application. This can be done either by phone or in salon. We do require a 50% deposit via eftpos or bank transfer prior to application to secure your appointment  as we currently purchase the hair as we need. Meaning the order is specifically for you and your needs so no show or last minute cancellations would mean we wear the cost of your hair.

 

Cancellation Policy

In the event of a no-show or cancellation within the 48 hour time frame, there may be a fee equivalent to the full cost of the appointment or 50%. Please note: if you don’t show or attend a scheduled appointment without any notice and your card details are declined. You will not be able to rebook until the fee is paid.

 

Getting Ready for Your Salon Date

Please arrive on time with your hair and face ready for a beautiful transformation. Brow and lash clients please come with no makeup if possible.

Hair extension clients we suggest wearing colours opposite to your hair colour so you can visually see the transformation e.g dark hair clients don’t wear black clothes.

 

Running Late for Your Appointment

If you’re running late for your appointment we kindly ask you call or text. We will do our best to accommodate you however, we run a back to back schedule a lot of the time so running late may require a reschedule. The last minute cancellation fee will apply if longer then 10 minute.

 

Confirming Your Appointment

Our automated SMS system is set up to ensure your appointment is secure. Please confirm your booking via automated text.

Policy for Hair Extensions

No Refunds After Installation:
Once hair extensions have been installed, they no longer qualify for a refund or partial refund. Installation confirms your acceptance of the product's quality, and we cannot accept returns of used or altered items.

Maintenance Responsibility:
Proper care and maintenance are essential to extending the life of your hair extensions. Once installed, the customer is fully responsible for maintaining the hair extensions in accordance with the care instructions provided. Issues arising from improper maintenance, such as tangling or matting, do not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Fixes and Concerns:

If any method isn’t secured properly or you have concerns about the installation, we will fix them for free within 2weeks from the date of installation.

This covers installation-related issues only. Concerns must be reported promptly and within the time frame to qualify for complimentary fixes.

Appointments & Deposits:

Deposit Policy: Deposits are non-refundable and subject to a 48-hour cancellation or rescheduling policy. Changes made within less then 48 hours will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

No-Show: Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

Final Sale Items:

All hair extension sales are considered final once they have been installed. This policy ensures the integrity of our product and upholds hygiene standards.

Refunds and Exchanges for Products:

All products excluding hair extensions are eligible for refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging, including all tags or accessories.
